This device is developed by our company on the basis of absorbing and digesting the recycle device of Japanese electrophoresis. Adopts American original recycle membrane as main parts, which beyond to RO recycle device, suitable for the recovery of acrylic anode electrophoresis. The performance of the device is up to the level of imported products. It is a necessary equipment for anodic oxidation electrophoresis of aluminum.

Features as below:

1. Closed recycle, no water drainage.

Recycle principle:

1. Adopts RO recycle device to recycle the electrophoresis varnish in the process.

2. Using RO recycling equipment, separate the water and concentrated fluid from the electrophoresis tank, the concentrated fluid back to the tank, the water to RO2 tank for rinsing. Some of the electrophoresis varnish will be out of the tank during production, using liquid level difference back to the main tank, so as to achieve electrophoresis varnish recycling purpose and control water related parameters. The utilization rate of electrophoresis varnish can reach more than 99% by using this recycling device.

3. By using electrophoresis recycling equipment can stabilize the tank liquid and the contents of rinsing tank after electrophoresis. Because electrophoresis recycling is conducted under closed cycle condition, the liquid after recycling will be sent to RO2 water tank, and then parts of the liquid will be sent to RO1 by liquid level difference, then to ED tank, so that contents of the three tanks keep dynamic balance, won’t produce big fluctuations, thus stable water quality and surface quality of the product.

4. Using the molecular separation principle of the filter device, as ED is a macromolecular organic matter, the permeable molecules of RO film cannot permeate through the macromolecules above the designed interception molecular weight, while water and substances less than the designed interception molecular weight are separated through RO film.
